The Boat Control On-Water Training Course is a hands-on NSBC certified program designed to help recreational boaters build confidence and improve their boat handling skills. Taught by an NSBC-certified instructor, the course includes four modules that progress from basic to advanced maneuvers.
As a licensed local professional captain, I offer personalized on-the-water navigation and training, helping you explore Tampa Bay safely while building confidence and skills at the helm. Whether you’re new to boating or just new to these waters, I’ll guide you through safe routes, local landmarks, and the top destinations this amazing area has to offer.
As a Certified Marine Standard Advisor through the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship in Small Craft Marine Surveying, I provide expert
consulting to help you make informed, confident decisions when buying a new or used boat.
